Changes in 2022

Positive Imaging, LLC is a Texas Limited Liability Corporation I established in 2007 to publish books written by my wife Barbara Frances and some that I wrote myself. It grew into publishing books by many other authors. Since 2007, we have published almost one hundred books for authors in Texas and other states. During 2022, I plan to continue publishing books, but I will make many changes to Positive Imaging, LLC. The purpose of this web page and other linked to it is to explain those changes and provide options to the many authors with whom I have done business.

Before getting into those changes, I want to assure all the authors for whom I have published books that none of these changes will affect your ownership, rights or copyright of your book. Each of you has a solid contract for services with me and Positive Imaging, LLC to protect you and you will also have options regarding how things proceed with your book. I will detail all of that on this website and you can contact me with questions at bill@positive-imaging.com .

The reason for these changes is to protect all the authors as I get older. Besides publishing your book, I manage the accounting and royalty reporting for all your books. I also manage the websites for your books and handle all the book related work for Positive Imaging, LLC. I’m in reasonably good health and strong for 82 years old. My plan is to reach at least 100, but who knows. I want to make certain that your books are not left in KDP Amazon without access by you.

On this website I will explain the actions I will take during 2022 to protect your access in case something happens to me. There are two methods I will follow to accomplish this. One does not require any actions by you or cost to you. The other requires you to make some efforts and involves a minor cost. After I explain both, the choice will be entirely up to you.
